LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses when you create an account or place an order.
- Order details: what you bought, how you paid, your invoices and any problem you report (including photos you upload).
- Payment: online payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation, never your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to keep the website secure and to stop abuse.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, and to send order emails, invoices and credit notes.
- To run your account: sign-in, confirming your email and resetting your password.
- To meet our legal duties, such as keeping tax records.
- To keep the website and your account secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners who help us run the shop — our payment partner (Razorpay), courier partners (your name, address and phone number to deliver the order), and our email and hosting providers — and with authorities where the law requires it.
Cookies and your browser
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details until you ask us to close your account. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your details and addresses from your account page at any time. You may also ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account — subject to records we must keep by law. Write to us using the details below.
Children
This website is not intended for children, and SYNRG is not recommended for them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
