1. About us

This website is run by SYNRG (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Our products

SYNRG is a carbonated functional beverage containing protein, natural caffeine and a polyherbal blend. Product pictures are for illustration; always read the label on the can before drinking.

SYNRG contains caffeine. It is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition or take medication, ask your doctor before drinking it. SYNRG is a food product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the details you give us being correct. We may switch off an account that is misused.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes, delivery and any Cash on Delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
• You can pay online through our payment partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or, where available, by Cash on Delivery. We never see or store your card details.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we will tell you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or a payment looks fraudulent — and will refund anything you have paid. A tax invoice is emailed with your order confirmation.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in India that our courier partners serve. Delivery times shown are estimates. Please check your parcel when it arrives; if anything is damaged, leaking, missing or wrong, report it as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order until it is dispatched. Food and drink cannot be returned for a change of mind. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Use of the website

The SYNRG name, logo, can designs, photographs and text on this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, or use the website in a way that disrupts it or harms others.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying products as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for delays caused by events outside our control, or for use of the products against the label directions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
